摘  要:在"互联网+"时代,混合学习已成为高校普遍采用的一种学习方式,但如何对混合学习的绩效进行有效评价,目前尚未形成成熟的理论。为此,在阐述混合学习和绩效评价概念的基础上,综述混合学习评价的研究现状,根据混合学习中学习者的学习方式,建立了混合学习绩效评价理论框架的一级指标,并通过文献查阅、专家访谈等途径,建立二级指标,架构了一种混合学习的绩效评价框架,并利用层级分析法中的方根法,计算出混合学习绩效评价指标体系各维度的权重。该评价框架具有科学性、可操作性和可行性等特点,为开展混合学习的绩效评价,提供了一种可行的方案。In the era of "Internet +", blended learning has become a board learning method adopted by colleges and universities. However, the way how to evaluate the performance in blended learning effectively has not formed a mature theory yet. In order to develop it, this paper has expounded the concept of blended learning and performance evaluation, and reviewed the research status of blended learning assessment. Furthermore, this paper has not only established the first-level index about the performance eval-uation framework in blended learning according to the learners ’ different ways of learning, but also established the secondary index through literature review, expert interview, then established the framework of performance evaluation in blended learning. The weight of dimensions about evaluation performance in blended learning was obtained through the analytic hierarchy process. The performance evaluation framework of blended learning has the features of scientificity, maneuverability and feasibility and so on, which provides a possible way to carry out performance evaluation in blended learning.
