摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜下肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤的临床疗效。方法将我院2015年4月~2017年4月期间收治的肾肿瘤患者40例作为研究对象并进行分组研究,对照组20例均接受常规开放肾部分切除术,研究组20例均接受腹腔镜下肾部分切除术治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果实施手术治疗过程中,研究组手术时间长于对照组,研究组患者的术中出血量、肠道恢复时间以及住院天数均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者肾热缺血时间显著长于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者接受治疗前肾小球滤过率均较低,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实施治疗后,两组均较治疗前有所升高(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术后总并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对肾肿瘤患者积极实施腹腔镜下肾部分切除术治疗,可以取得显著的效果,其安全性高、创伤性小、恢复快,具有极大的推广应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy on the treatment of renal tumor. Methods A total of 40 renal tumor patients admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were enrolled and grouped in this study. The control group （n=20） was treated with routine open nephrectomy. The study group （n=20） was treated with microscopic partial nephrectomy. The clinical effects were compared between two groups. Results In the course of operation, the operation time of the study group was longer than that of the control group. The intraoperative blood loss, intestinal recovery time and hospital stay in the study group were significantly better than those in the con trol group（P〈0.05）. The time of renal warm ischemia was significantly longer in the study group than that in the con-trol group（P〈0.05）. The glomerular filtration rates in the two groups of patients were lower before treatment, but there was no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the levels of glomerular filtration rate in the two groups were higher than those before treatment between two groups（P〈0.05）, and the glomerular filtration rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The total incidence of postoperative complications had no statistical sig-nificance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The application of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in the patients with renal tumorcan obtain significant effect, with higher safety, smaller trauma and quicker recovery, and it has great application value.
