摘　　要：本文以行为导向教学法的概念为切入点,就其在基础实训课中的具体教学思路、步骤以及教学反思进行阐述,通过实例进行详细的探讨研究,期望促进职业会计模拟实训课程教学质量的提升,推动学生专业会计能力与运用技巧。Taking the concept of behavior oriented teaching method as the breakthrough point,this paper expounds the basic training course in specific teaching ideas,steps and teaching reflection and studies in detail through the examples,in order to promote the occupation accounting simulation training course teaching quality promotion as well as the students' professional ability and skills of accounting.
