摘  要:针对航站楼位于近距平行跑道两侧时,采用一起一降的运行模式不能充分发挥2条跑道作用的问题,借鉴国外的运行经验,引入横侧盘旋进近技术,并根据相应的管制规则,利用时序图构建了横侧盘旋进近模式下连续落地和起落交替2种主要运行方式的容量评估模型。以上海虹桥机场为例对模型进行了验证,并和传统一起一降模式下的跑道容量进行了对比。结果表明,基于特定的落地航空器停靠航站楼比例分布情况,采用横侧盘旋进近模式可以提升近距平行跑道容量。Currently,one runway for arrival and one for departure has been widely used in closely-spaced parallel runways in China.However,this operation mode cannot make full use of two runways,especially when multiple terminals were located on both sides of the runways.Therefore,two main models using side-step approach procedure were developed,which was based on the experience of other countries.The models were based on a timing diagram in accordance with realistic ATC operational rules.The models were used to calculate the ultimate capacity of closed-spaced runways at Shanghai/Hongqiao airport,which was compared with capacity of those in segregated operation model.The results showed that side-step approach operation can bring promotion for the capacity of closely-spaced runways according to the particular ratio of terminals with different parked landing aircrafts.
