摘　　要：目的研究Foxp3基因在评估肺癌并胸腔积液患者胸膜转移的临床意义。方法分别检测肺癌并胸膜转移患者胸水中脱落细胞阳性率,通过RT-PCR法对肺癌并胸腔积液患者外周血、胸水Foxp3 mRNA水平进行检测。结果肺癌外周血及胸腔积液中Foxp3基因表达量明显升高;无论胸水脱落细胞是否阳性,胸膜转移患者胸腔积液中Foxp3基因表达量无明显差异,但较正常人外周血Foxp3表达量明显升高。结论肺癌并胸腔积液患者胸水中Foxp3基因表达水平有助于胸膜转移的评估,而且较胸水中脱落细胞检查更为敏感。Objective To study the clinical signifcance of Foxp3 gene on evaluation of plural metastasis of the lung cancer patients with plural effusion. Methods To respectively detect the positive percentage of exfoliated cell in plural effusion of the lung cancer with plural metastasis, Foxp3 and mRNA levels in the peripheral blood and pleu-ral fuid of patients with lung cancer and pleural effusion were detected by RT-PCR. Results The expression of Foxp3 mRNA was higher signifcantly in preipheral blood and plural effusion in the lung cancer patients with plural effusion. Regardless of the positive exfoliated cell in plural effusion, the expression of Foxp3 mRNA had no signifcant differ-ence in plural effusion of the patients with plural metastasis, but were higher signifcantly than that in peripheral blood of the normal control. Conclusion The expression of Foxp3 gene in plural effusion contributes to evaluation of plural metastasis of the lung cancer patients with plural effusion, and was more sensitive than the detection of exfoliated cell in plural effusion.
