贵阳市府社区老年人群的中医体质分析

摘　　要：目的通过对贵阳市府社区的650例60岁及以上老年人群进行中医体质调查,分析不同性别、不同年龄组老年人群的中医体质类型特点,从而为中医体质辨证在老年人群疾病防治、中医养生保健、宣传教育等方面提供流行病学调查数据支持。方法通过社区中医师一对一采集基本个人信息、调查问卷及量表的形式进行中医体质辨识。结果单一体质316人,阴虚质、平和质和痰湿质为前三位,其中阴虚质92人,平和质78人,痰湿质63人;复合体质334人,前三位依次是阴虚痰湿60人,气虚阴虚56人,阴虚血瘀51人。不同性别、不同年龄组分布构成比不同,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论通过本次对贵阳市府社区老年人人群进行中医体质辨识流行病学调查,揭示了贵阳市府社区老年人群的中医体质类型分布规律,有助于把握老年人体质特点,对调整体质偏颇,提高老年人健康素质具有重要的实用价值。Objective To provide epidemiological survey data for TCM constitution dialectical of elderly pop-ulation on disease control and prevention, Chinese health care, public education and so on, by investigating the TCM constitution of 60 years old elderly population （650 persons） from Guiyang city community, and analyze the type and characteristics of TCM constitution of the different gender and different aged elderly population. Methods Traditional Chinese medicine constitution identifcation was carried out through the collection of basic personal information, ques-tionnaire and scale in community TCM practitioners Results 316 people with a single constitution, Yin defciency, mild dampness and phlegm dampness were the top three. Among them, 92 cases were Yin defciency, 78 cases were mild and 63 cases were phlegm dampness. 334 people with complex constitution, the top three were Yin defciency and phlegm dampness in 60 cases, Qi defciency and Yin defciency in 56 cases, Yin defciency and blood stasis in 51 cases. The distri-bution ratio of different gender and age groups was different, the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.001）. Con-clusion Through the epidemiological investigation on TCM physical identifcation of elderly population from Guiyang city community, it reveals the distribution regularities of TCM physical types of the elderly population in communities in Guiyang. It has very important practical value and can improve the physical constitution of the elderly population.
