摘 要:利用蓄光型发光油墨将其印刷涂布于成形纸,经过对成形纸印刷次数的涂布率对成形纸发光余辉时间进行考察。研究影响涂布率的基材定量、基材含水量、涂布液固含量、温度等四个因素,通过分析对比试验出比较理想的涂布工艺。发光成形纸工艺中采用印刷4次,涂布率为30%~32%;成形纸基材定量28~32 g/m^2;成形纸基材水分为4%~8%;涂布液的固含量为40%~42%;涂布液温度为35~40℃。在此工艺下制得的发光成形纸余辉时间长,满足过滤嘴新奇外观的要求。The use of luminescent ink printing coated on the wrap paper ,after coating on the number of printing wrap paper luminous afterglow time,was investigated. The influence of spread rate quantitative,water content,coating liquid solid content and temperature was studied,the ideal contrast coating process test was analyzed. Research showed that the luminescent wrap paper process printed 4 times,coated paper substrate rate was 30% -32% , quantitative was 28 -32 g / m^2,water content was 4% -8 %,solid content of the coating liquid was 40% -42 % ,coating liquid temperature was 35 ?40 益 .The afterglow time of luminescent wrap paper prepared by this process was lon g ,it can meet the novelty filter appearance requirements.
