摘　　要：目的:通过构建药品经营与管理专业实践教学模式来培养符合医药行业需要的高素质营销人才。方法:针对当前药品经营与管理专业存在的问题,以高职高专层次为例,对构建适合市场需求的实践教学模式进行探讨。结果与结论:本文是我校药品经营与管理专业实践教学模式的探讨,对医药院校有一定的借鉴意义,如何进一步利用现有教学资源的特色和优势来培养符合医药行业需求的高素质营销人才,是我们下阶段研究工作的重点。Through the construction of practical teaching mode of pharmaceutical management and management,we should cultivate high-quality marketing personnel in line with the needs of the pharmaceutical industry. METHODS： In view of the problems existing in the current pharmaceutical management and management specialty,taking the higher vocational college level as an example,the practical teaching mode suitable for the market demand is discussed.. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION ： This paper is to investigate the school drug management professional practice teaching mode,have certain reference significance for medical colleges,how to use the existing teaching resources features and advantages to cultivate high-quality marketing talents needs of the pharmaceutical industry,is the focus of the next phase of our research work.
