航海类专业毕业生从事海员职业择业率研究

摘　　要：我国是海洋大国、航运大国,海员是国家重要的战略资源。建设一支稳定的高素质职业船员队伍是实现由航运大国向航运强国转变的重要人才保障。基于近年来航海类专业毕业生从事海员职业的比例逐年下降的事实,政府、航运企业和航海院校应协同育人,从提高人才培养质量、提高海员的职业自豪感和薪资待遇等方面,引导航海类毕业生热爱航海事业,勇于投身国家"一带一路"建设,进一步弘扬"爱国、进取、敬业、奉献"的海员精神,为海运强国作出自己应有的贡献。China is a great and powerful maritime and shipping country. Seafarers are important strategic resources of our country. Establishing a stable high-quality professional crew can safeguard important talents so as to achieve a full transformation from a shipping country to a shipping power. Based on the fact that there is a year-after-year decline of employment rate of navigational graduates participating in seafarer career,the Government,shipping business and maritime institutions should work together to train students,improving the quality of personnel training,raising seafarers＇ professional pride and salaries,guiding navigational graduates to love the maritime business and to devote themselves to the Belt and Road Initiatives voluntarily,further promoting the seafarers＇ ＂Patriotic,Enterprising,Dedicated,Devoted＂spirit,and encouraging graduates to make their due contributions for our shipping power.
