摘　　要：随着科学技术的不断革新,移动、联通、电信这三大国内网络有机的融合、大力的推进,改革创新出了三网融合的新兴产物——IPTV。IPTV的发展速度特别快,其系统及软硬件设施的安全性能也随着发展建设日益凸显。在安全防范过程中,必须将IPTV进行系统化结构划分,根据不同层面的网络安全风险隐患进行精准分析,找出有效的解决策略。With the continuous innovation of science and technology,the three major domestic network of mobile,Unicom and telecommunications make organic integration,and vigorously promote the emerging products—IPTV. The development of IPTV speed is particularly fast,and its security performance has become increasingly prominent with the development and construction. In the process of security precautions,IPTV must be systematically structured,and accurate analysis should be made according to different levels of network security risks,so as to find an effective solution strategy.
