左乙拉西坦单药治疗小儿癫痫伴智力低下的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究左乙拉西坦单药治疗小儿癫痫伴智力低下的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2013年5月至2016年5月收治的60例癫痫伴智力低下患儿的临床资料,全部患儿均在我院接受左乙拉西坦单药治疗,观察所有患儿在癫痫、智力方面的治疗总有效率以及治疗3、6个月的IQ值。结果治疗3个月后,60例患儿的癫痫治疗总有效率为96.67%,智力治疗总有效率为93.33%。治疗3、6个月的IQ值明显高于治疗前,且治疗6个月的IQ值高于治疗3个月的IQ值,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿癫痫伴智力低下的临床治疗中,采用左乙拉西坦单药治疗效果确切,有助于控制癫痫的发作,并促进患儿智力发育,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。Objective To study the effecl of leveliracelam monotherapy in the Irealmenl of children with epilepsy and menial retardation. Methods The clinical data of 60 cases of children with epilepsy and menial retardation treated in our hospilal from May 2013 lo May 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. All lhe children were treated with leveliracelam monotherapy. The lolal effective rale of epilepsy, intelligence, and lhe IQ value of 3 and 6 months after treatment were observed in all children. Results After 3 months, lhe lolal effective rale of epilepsy in 60 cases of children was 96.67%, lhe lolal effective rale of intelligence therapy was 93.33%. The IQ value of children al 3 and 6 months after treatment were significantly higher than lhal before treatment, and lhe IQ value al 6 months was higher than lhal of 3 months after treatment, lhe differences were slalislically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effecl of leveliracelam monotherapy in children with epilepsy and mental retardation is effective. I l is helpful lo control lhe seizure of epilepsy and promote lhe intelligence of children, which is worth popularizing in clinical lrealmenl.
