摘　　要：目的探讨肝脏肿瘤患者经动脉介入治疗及经皮穿刺消融综合治疗的临床效果。方法对我院2015年6月至2016年6月收治的96例肝脏肿瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方法将患者分为研究组与对照组,每组48例。对照组患者给予股动脉穿刺介入治疗,研究组患者给予经股动脉介入治疗及经皮穿刺消融综合治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为95.84%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为77.08%,研究组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的KPS评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝脏肿瘤患者经动脉介入治疗及经皮穿刺消融综合治疗的临床效果显著,值得临床推广运用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of cruralis artery interventional treatment and percutaneous microwave ablation comprehensive treatment in patients with liver tumor. Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with liver tumors admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were divided into study group and control group according to the treatment method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cruralis artery interventional treatment, and the study group was given cruralis artery interventional treatment and percutaneous microwave ablation comprehensive treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.84%, that of the control group was 77.08%, the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the KPS score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Cruralis artery interventional treatment and percutaneous microwave ablation comprehensive treatment in patients with liver tumor has significant clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
