摘　　要：目的探讨股前外侧皮瓣移植术在口腔颌面缺损中的临床效果。方法选取2015年2月至2016年2月我院收治的33例口腔颌面缺损患者为研究对象,所有患者均给予股前外侧皮瓣移植术进行口腔修复。观察所有患者的治疗总有效率及并发症发生情况。结果 33例口腔颌面缺损患者的治愈率为84.85%(28/33),显效率为6.06%(2/33),无效率为9.09%(3/33),治疗总有效率为90.91%。32例患者达到了一期愈合,1例患者因为糖尿病术后皮瓣坏死出现创伤感染,经长期换药进行二次移植后,成功关闭创腔。结论股前外侧皮瓣移植术应用于口腔颌面缺损中临床效果显著,具有较高的临床推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anterolateral thigh flap transplantation in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial defects. Methods A total of 33 cases of patients with oral and maxillofacial defects admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the study objects, all the patients received anterolateral thigh flap transplantation. The clinical efficacy and incidence of complications were observed. Results Among 33 oral and maxillofacial defects patients, the cure rate was 84.85%(28/33), marked rate was 6.06%(2/33), inefficiency rate was 9.09%(3/33), and the total effective rate was 90.91%. The primary healing was achieved in 32 patients, and 1 patient suffered from wound infection due to necrosis of the flap after the operation of diabetes. After secondary transplantation with long-term change, the cavity was closed successfully. Conclusion The clinical effect of anterolateral thigh flap transplantation in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial defects is significant, which has great application and promotion value in clinic.
