透明帽联合注水法在初级操作者单人结肠镜检查培训中的作用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨透明帽联合注水法在初级操作者单人结肠镜检查培训中的作用。[方法]门诊接受结肠镜检查的200例患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,透明帽联合注水法组(试验组)100例,常规结肠镜检查组(对照组)100例,由同一初级操作者进镜,以10min为限,过时由中、高级操作者替换,比较2组进镜部位、盲肠插管成功率、患者疼痛评分及并发症情况。[结果]试验组进镜部位、盲肠插管成功率、患者疼痛评分均优于对照组,2组均未出现严重并发症。[结论]对初级操作者单人结肠镜检查的培训,使用透明帽联合注水法可以更加简单、有效,对患者造成痛苦更小。该技术适合临床推广。[Objective]To investigate the effect of water-aided combined with cap-assisted colonoscopy in primary operator training in single colonoscopy. [Methods] A total of 200 cases of patients who received colonoscopy were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group randomly, 100 in each group. The patients in the experimental group received water-aided combined with cap-assisted colonoscopy,and the patients in the control group received conventional colonoscopy. All colonoseopies were performed by the same primary operator for ten minutes,after then,were replaced by middle or high- level operators. The insertion site of colonoscopy, success rate and mean pain score were compared. IRe- suits]In the experimental group, the insertion site of colonoscopy,success rate and mean pain score were better than those in ing,water aided corn the control group. No complication was noted, l-Conclusion]In primary operator train- bined with cap-assisted colonoscopy is an examination with easier, more effective and less painful. The technique is promising for wider use in clinic.
