护理安全预警值在低年资护士护理安全管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨护理安全预警值在低年资护士护理安全管理中的应用效果.方法 根据常见临床症状制定护理安全预警项目及预警值,对各护理预警值进行临床考查,明确临床实用价值.选取2013-2014年该院低年资护士189名作为对照组,2014-2015年该院低年资护士214名作为观察组.比较实施护理安全预警值前后低年资护士对生命体征风险意识的认知、护理不良事件发生率及对临床安全管理的满意度.结果 实施护理安全预警值后,两组低年资护士对风险管理的认知比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实施护理安全预警值后,低年资护士护理不良事件的发生率,患者对护理安全管理的满意度比较,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）.结论 护理安全预警值的应用,增强了低年资护士的安全意识,提高了临床护理的安全质量.Objective To explore the application effect to the establishment of nursing safety alarm value on young engaged nurse safety management. Methods According to the common nursing safety alarm item and alarm val-ue made based on common clinical symptoms, the nursing alarm values had clinical examinations to define the clinical practical value. 189 young engaged nurses of the hospital from 2013 to 2014 were selected as the control group. 214 young engaged nurses of the hospital from 2014 to 2015 were selected as the observation group. The awareness, nursing adverse event occurrence and satisfaction with clinical safety management of young engaged nurses to the risk awareness of vital sign before and after implementing nursing safety alarm value were compared. Results The difference of aware-ness comparison of young engaged nurses to risk management before and after introducing nursing safety alarm value had statistical significance （P〈0. 05）. The occurrence of young engaged nurses＇ nursing adverse event and the satisfaction comparison difference of patients with nursing safety management before and after intervention had statistical significance （ P〈0. 01 ） . Conclusions The application of nursing safety alarm value strengthens the safety awareness of young en-gaged nurses and improves the safety quality of clinical nursing.
