摘 要:为了研究服役多年的桥梁在荷载作用下的抗弯承载力及破坏模式,以某桥为背景,对该桥2片运营20年的预应力混凝土空心板梁的耐久性和材料强度进行试验。采用两点对称加载对其进行破坏试验,并用有限元软件Abaqus对整个非线性过程进行数值模拟,对此类桥梁从弹性到破坏全过程进行试验研究和分析。结果表明:运用Abaqus能够较好的模拟出试验梁的受力全过程;且与试验得到的抗弯极限承载力吻合良好。服役20年的桥梁材料性能和强度仍能符合规范要求;此类先张法PC空心板梁中预应力筋的应变随有效长度的不同而不同,相同位置处,预应力筋有效长度越长,钢筋应变越大。In order to study the flexural capacity and failure mode of tlie bridge under tlie load for many years,the durability and material strength of the prestressed concrete hollow slab beams were tested bridge. The failure test was carried out by two-jDoint symmetry loading, and the numerical simulation of tlie whole nonlinear process is carried out witli the finite element software Abaqus. The whole process of the bridge is studied and analyzed from elastic to failure. The results show that Abaqus can accurately simulate the whole process of thie test beams, and it is in good agreement withi the experimental ultimate bearing capacity. The PC hollow slab beams still have very good performance and sufficient strength and meet specification requyears. The strain of the prestressed tendons in the prestressed PC hollow plate girder varies with the effectivelength, and the longer the effective length of the prestressed tendon is, the greater the strain is.
