摘　　要：目的探讨阿莫西林、克拉霉素联合雷贝拉唑的三联疗法治疗胃溃疡患者效果及对血清胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)等胃肠激素及白细胞介素-1(IL-1)水平的影响。方法将2015年6月—2017年3月因胃溃疡于我院消化科就诊的80例患者纳入研究并随机分组,所有患者均采用三联抗菌治疗,其中对照组40例采用以奥美拉唑为基础的三联疗法,观察组40例则以雷贝拉唑为基础,均治疗2周,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,患者GAS、IL-1降低,MTL则较前升高,观察组改善更显著,P<0.05;对照组总有效率为87.50%(35/40),观察组为95.00%(38/40),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组HP清除率为92.50%(37/40),高于对照组的75.00%(30/40),P<0.05。结论以雷贝拉唑为基础的三联疗法治疗胃溃疡效果显著,可改善黏膜炎症反应,调节胃肠激素水平。Objective To investigate the amoxicillin and clarithromycin Combined with rabeprazole sodium with the triple therapy in the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer and the effect on serum motilin （MTL） and gastrin （GAS） and other gastrointestinal hormones and interleukin -1 （IL-1） level of infuence. Methods From June 2015 to March 2017, 80 cases of gastric ulcer in digestive department of our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into 2 groups, all patients were treated with triple antibiotic treatment, 40 cases in control group used omeprazole based triple therapy, 40 cases in the observation group with rabeprazole based sodium triple therapy, were treated for 2 weeks. The clinical effcacy was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, patients with GAS and IL-1 decreased, MTL increased, the observation group improved more significantly, P 〈 0.05; The total effective rate of the control group was 87.50% （35/40）, the observation group was 95.00% （38/40）, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. The HP clearance rate of the observation group was 92.50% （37/40）, which was higher than that of the control group 75.00% （30/40）, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The triple therapy based on rabeprazole sodium is effective in the treatment of gastric ulcer. It can improve the infammatory reaction of mucosa and regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormone.
