摘　　要：临床药师参与1例布鲁氏菌病感染常规方案治疗无效患者的临床诊断与治疗全过程,通过参与医生查房、病例讨论等提出自己意见,对提高诊治水平、优化治疗方案、合理使用抗菌药物起到了推动作用,最终患者好转并出院。为明确布鲁氏菌病诊断,促进临床合理用药累积了宝贵的经验。Clinical pharmacists participated in treatment of 1 cases of brucellosis infection which conventional treatment was invalid. During the whole process of clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients, clinical pharmacists participated in the ward rounds and case discussions. Finally,the patient was improved and discharged. Valuable experience has been accumulated for the diagnosis of brucellosis and the promotion of rational use of drugs.
