摘  要:目的研究有效沟通在手术室护理中的应用及价值。方法根据随机数字表方法对70例2016年1月—2017年6月收取的手术室患者进行分组,例数相同。对照组采用手术室常规护理,有效沟通组在对照组基础上采取有效沟通。就两组患者手术治疗配合评分、术中焦虑情绪、术中机体疼痛评分和手术室护理满意度、护理纠纷发生率进行比较。结果有效沟通组手术室护理满意度明显高于对照组,护理纠纷发生率明显低于对照组,手术治疗配合评分、术中焦虑情绪、术中机体疼痛评分均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论有效沟通在手术室护理中的应用及价值高,可通过有效沟通,减轻患者不良情绪,提高其手术配合行为,减轻机体疼痛,提高护理满意度,减少护理纠纷。Objective To study the application and value of effective communication in nursing room. Methods A total of 70 patients were enrolled in the operating room from January 2016 to June 2017, according to the random number table method, divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine nursing in the operating room, and the effective communication group was effectively communicated on the basis of the control group. The scores of surgical treatment score, intraoperative anxiety, intraoperative pain score and operating room nursing satisfaction and nursing dispute were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction rate of the effective communication group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the incidence of nursing disputes was significantly lower than that of the control group, the score of the surgical treatment, the anxiety of the operation and the intraoperative pain scores were signifcantly better than those of the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Effective communication in the operation room care in the application and high value, through effective communication, reduce the patient's negative emotions, improve its surgical coordination behavior, reduce body pain, improve nursing satisfaction, reduce nursing disputes.
