摘　　要：为提高安全运行效率,新"向阳红10"号科考船对沿用多年的船舶运行单一管理模式进行了共管模式的创新探索,提出了运行管理五要素,即:构建以规章制度为核心的航次安全运行管理体系;控制船载设备和调查设备的质量,确保采集数据、样品和资料可靠有效;良好的团队组织和文化建设;强有力的岸基后勤保障支撑;抓住新闻宣传契机,讲好科考故事。新模式成功地保障了新"向阳红10"号取得科考新业绩,并延续了"向阳红10"号以往的辉煌。In order to improve the safety operation efficiency, the new “Xiangyanghong 10” research ship has carried on the innovation exploration of the common management mode for the single management mode of ship operation which has been used for many years. It propose 5 key elements： construction of a safe operation management system based on rules and regulations as the core; Controlling the quality of shipboard equipment and survey equipment, ensure the collection of data, samples and data reliable and effective; Good team building and cultural development; strong logistical support; seizing the opportunity of news propaganda and telling good scientific expedition stories. The new mode has successfully guaranteed the new “Xiangyanghong 10” to achieve new achievements in scientific research, and has continued the brilliance of “Xiangyanghong 10”.
