摘  要:本文以岳阳市60个水资源开发利用区为研究对象,根据入河(湖)排污口及纳污水功能区现状排污量的分析评价结果,合理确定水质模型和相关参数,以COD、NH3-N为控制指标,应用水质模型分析计算水功能区水域纳污能力、限制排放总量和应削减量,为岳阳市水功能区开展水污染防治与污染减排工作提供依据。This paper selects 60 development and utilization zones of water resources in Yueyang City as research. It reasonably determines water quality model and relevant parameters according to the analysis and evaluation result of current discharge capacity of river (lake) sewage drain outlets. The research also takes COD and NH3-N as control indexes, applies water quality model to analyze and calculate the assimilative capacity of water areas in water function zones and limit total amount of discharge and due reduction quantity, and provides a basis for water function zones in Yueyang City to carry out the work of controlling and preventing water pollution and reducing pollution.
