摘　　要：面对文化遗产保护与城市建设之间的矛盾,为方便规划工作者充分掌握各种文化遗产的时间和空间特性,通过采集西安市文化遗产资源信息,运用GIS软件,设计了文化遗产资源空间数据库的概念模型、逻辑模型和物理模型;建立了存储西安市复杂历史信息、可即时更新的文化遗产空间数据库;还基于WebGIS发布了网络地图服务,实现了图层管理、放大、缩小和查询等功能。该数据库对分析文化遗产资源的分布网络以及城市空间要素扩展的时间和空间特征具有重要作用。Facing the contradiction between the protection of cultural heritage and urban construction, in order to facilitate the researcher to master the spatiotemporal characteristics of various kinds of cultural heritage, this article gathered a variety of cultural heritage resource information in Xi'an, and used GIS software to design the conceptual model, logical model and physical model of the cultural heritage spatial database. And then, the paper designed the cultural heritage spatial database, which could store the complex historical information of Xi'an City and be updated immediately. Finally, this paper used WebGIS to release network map service, and realized the functions such as layer manager, amplification, reduction and inquiry, etc.
