摘 要:矿泉水中矿物元素的传统分析方法比较繁冗,采用了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定矿泉水中的锂、锌、锶、偏硅酸。对仪器工作参数进行了优化,在光谱仪最佳分析条件下,选定了较灵敏的分析线后,利用内标法测定矿泉水中几种矿物元素的含量。标准校正曲线的相关系数都在0.997以上,Li、Zn、Sr、Si的检出限均小于0.005 mg/L,对农夫山泉和百岁山矿泉水进行了检测,加标回收率在91.5%~107.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于4.5%。方法简便快捷,精密度和准确度较高,可以作为一种快速辨别饮用矿泉水的类型和品质的方法。The traditional analysis methods of mineral elements in mineral water are relatively complicated. In this paper, lithium, zinc, strontium and metasilicic acid in mineral water were measured by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry.The parameters of the instrument were optimized, under the optimum conditions of the spectrometer, the sensitive elements were selected and the content of several mineral elements in the mineral water was determined by the internal standard method. The correlation coefficient of the standard calibration curve was above 0.997, and the detection limits of Li, Zn, Sr and Si were less than 0.005 mg/L, and the recovery rate was 91.5% ~ 107.0%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) were less than 4.5%. The method is simple and quick, the precision and accuracy are high, so it can be used as a method for quickly discerning the type and quality of drinking mineral water.
