摘 要:针对轴系扭转振动对毯面品质影响的问题,以DHGN801D-400型簇绒地毯织机耦联轴系的主轴系统为研究对象,分析扭转振动对毯面绒高的影响.首先考虑在V带与带轮的非线性摩擦及交变负载作用下,求得主轴的角速度和角加速度,并计算出带轮输出转矩,即主轴的输入驱动转矩;然后利用有限元软件,分析主轴动态扭转角;最后采用数值仿真法,得到单侧驱动和双侧驱动下轴系扭转振动对毯面绒高的影响,并提出采用双侧驱动且轴径为25mm的最佳结构方案.研究结果表明,双侧驱动比单侧驱动更具优势,并且耦联轴系的扭转振动对毯面的影响较小.Aiming at the influence of torsional vibration on the surface quality of the tufted carpets, and focusing on tufting machine type of DHUN801D-400, the torsional vibration characteristics of coupling shaft system are studied. Firstly, taking into account of nonlinear friction in belt system and multi- alternating dynamic loads, the angular velocity, angular acceleration and output torque of pulley are obtained. Then, using finite element software, the dynamic torsional angles under the action of alternating load are analyzed. Finally, the effect of torsional vibration on pile height is investigated based on numerical simulation method and the optimal design plan with driving by two motors and 25 mm diameter of main shaft is acquired. The results demonstrate that the structure driven by two motors has advantages over that driven by single one motor, and torsional vibration of coupling shaft system has little influence on the pile height.
