摘　　要：中国电影转型升级,需要成熟而强大的高等电影教育及其人力支持资源体系。高等电影教育需要从"扫盲""补丁"阶段大力提升,缩小与"市场的一线"、国际市场高度和"一带一路"电影的差距;设置电影科学院和电影商学院;形成各个电影院系的"门派站位",确立与电影业界、市场和资本的功能定位;重视"匠人和匠作"教育;在课程和师资的核心关系上,确保课程体系的教学"宪法"意义;逐步建立双主体的工作室教学方法。The transformation and upgrading of Chinese film demands mature and strong advanced film education and human resource system to support. There is a need to profoundly promote advanced film education so as to narrow the gap among market leading edge, international market height, and ＂one belt and one road＂ film. It is necessary to set up film science school and film business college, to form every school station of different film academies, to establish the market, capital, and functional orientation of film industry, and to pay attention to craftsman and crafts education, and to guarantee curriculum charter and gradually build up double -subject workshop teaching method.
