摘 要:针对某电热水器生产车间自动化程度偏低以及工厂提出的自动化生产的需求,结合工业机器人以及工作劳动强度大的特点,提出了应用机器人来摘取内胆的自动化方案,并设计了基于KUKA机器人的电热水器内胆摘取的自动化系统。该系统应用PLC作为主控系统来控制机器人、悬挂链和生产线,并协调设备间的动作使之有序进行。该自动化系统已经在某电热水器生产车间运行。用机器人代替人工作业,提高了车间的生产效率,减少了用工成本,促进了工厂的自动化建设,达到了系统设计的预期目标。According to the low automation of one electric water heater production workshop and the requirement of automatic production proposed by the factory, combining the characteristic of industrial robots and the labor intensive work, the automation solution to pick electric water heater tank with robot is presented, and the electric water heater tank picking automation system is designed based on KUKA robot. Programmable logical controller (PLC) was adopted by this system as the main control system to control the robot, the hanging chain and production line, and to coordinate the movement between the devices to make it orderly. The automation system has been applied already in the electric water heater production workshop. Using robot instead of manual operations that can improve the production efficiency of the workshop, reduce the labor cost, and promote the construction of factory automation, and the desire goal of the automation system design is achieved.
