摘  要:电动静液作动器(Electro-Hydrostatic Actuator,EHA)集成了机械、液压、控制、电子等多领域技术。根据EHA特点,以MATLAB与AMESim软件平台为基础,对EHA进行多学科建模与集成仿真。应用MATLAB平台搭建控制与电子子系统模型,应用AMESim平台搭建液压与机械子系统模型,通过S-function接口连接各子系统模型。仿真结果表明,EHA多学科模型性能良好,很好地反映系统运行状况,可以通过仿真来指导系统的优化设计与系统控制算法的实现。The electro2hydrostatic actuator (EHA) is associated with integrating technologies of many disciplines such as mechanics, hydraulics, control and electronics. In view of EHA system characteristics, based on MATLAB and AMESim software platform, the multidisciplinary modeling and the collaborative simulation are conducted. By using MATLAB platform, control and electronic subsystem was modeled. By using AMESim platform, mechanics and hydraulics sub-system were modeled. Various sub-system models are integrated by S-function interface. The simulation results show that the multidisciplinary model of EHA has good performance and can reflect the operation of the system very well, which can guide the optimization design of the system and the realization of the system control algorithm by simulation.
