摘　　要：党和政府十分重视政府购买社会组织服务工作,近年来出台了许多文件。全国各地也开展了轰轰烈烈的实践,但相较于发达国家,我们还存在诸多不足:法规不健全,考核主体不全面,信息公开不彻底,奖惩措施不明确等等,对此,我们不仅应直面问题,更应从绩效考核内容、考核主体、考核指标三个方面着手,建立科学严谨的体系,并与其他配套措施结合,以期满足社会公众的服务需求,推动我国社会治理能力现代化向纵深发展。The party and government attach great importance to the purchase of social organizations and services by the government,and have issued many documents in recent years. The practice is also carried out with vigor and vitality all over the country. Compared with developed countries,however,we still have many deficiencies：laws and regulations are not perfect,the main assessment is not comprehensive,the information disclosure is not complete,and incentive measures are not clear. In this regard,we should not only face the problem,but also consider such three aspects as performance assessment content,assessment subject,and assessment index. We should establish a scientific and rigorous system combined with other measures,in order to meet the public demands for services,and promote China＇s modernization of social governance capacity to develop in depth.
