胰腺肿瘤切除患者长期应用质子泵抑制剂诱发难治性低钠血症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的总结胰腺肿瘤切除术后出现低钠血症的患者质子泵抑制剂(proton pump inhibitors,PPIs)应用情况,分析出现离子紊乱的原因。方法出现难治性低钠血症的胰腺疾病患者20例,均行补钠治疗,同时行全肠外营养治疗。结果 19例患者停用PPIs后,经积极治疗后顺利出院,1例患者并发感染死亡。结论长期应用PPIs是术后禁食患者出现低钠血症的一个原因。对于术后禁食患者应密切监测血清离子,控制PPIs的应用,及时纠正低钠血症。Objective Purpose Analysis and summary the application of proton pump inhibitors（proton pump inhibitors,PPIs）in pancreatic tumor resection patients,to investigate the causes of ion disorder.Methods Retrospective analysis 20 pancreatic disease cases with refractory hyponatremia patients in October 2011-December 2014 Shengjing hospital of China medical university of pancreatic thyroidsurgery ward.Summarizes the cause of the disease,treatment,and the results.Results After stop using PPIs,19 patients are recovery,One patient died for infection.Conclusion Long-term daily use of PPIs is a reason of postoperative fasting patients with hyponatremia.For postoperative fasting patients should closely monitor serum ions,control the application of PPIs,correction of hyponatremia timely.
