V-Y皮瓣修复术在超低位直肠癌保肛术吻合口瘘修补中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨V-Y皮瓣转移修复术在超低位直肠癌保肛术吻合口瘘修补术中的应用价值。方法行超低位直肠癌保肛术(Parks或ISR)后吻合口瘘13例,均采用V-Y皮瓣转移修复治疗。结果 13例患者均痊愈,术后瘘口缺损完全修复,肛门排便及控便功能改善,未再出现瘘或肛门狭窄。结论超低位直肠癌保肛术后吻合口瘘采用V-Y皮瓣转移修复术治疗,方法简单,利于缺损创面修复,在牢固修补瘘口的同时,提升肛门的排便及控便功能,术后不易出现吻合口狭窄。Objective To investigate the effects of linea parts resection during radical operation of ultralow rectal cancer and preserving anus.Methods The clinical data of 13 cases dealt with V-Y Skin Flap Transplantation after radical operation of ultralow rectal cancer and preserving anus were analysed retrospectively.Result 13 cases were cured.Their fistulas were restored completely,and anal functions were improved.All cases don ＇t occur fistula or anal stenosis.Conclusion there were many advantages that treating the fistula of radical operatios of ultralow rectal cancer and preserving anus with V-Y Skin flap transplantation,such as easier to operate it,more conducive to the resumption of wound healing and anal function,less anal stenosises after operation and so on.it is worth for application in clinical experience.
