美施康定联合塞来昔布对晚期恶性肿瘤疼痛疗效及不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨晚期癌痛患者的有效止痛方法。方法:选取2014年2月至2015年12月在孝感市中心医院肿瘤科进行诊治的84例晚期肿瘤患者进行研究,采用抽签法随机分为联合组、对照组各42例,联合组采用美施康定联合塞来昔布进行镇痛治疗,对照组仅采用美施康定镇痛,对比两组镇痛效果及不良反应的发生情况。结果:联合组的显效率57.14%显著的高于对照组的35.71%(P<0.05);联合组的总有效率97.62%,对照组的95.24%,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,联合组患者的5-HT、NE水平低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组患者的QLQ-C30生存质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中,联合组患者的恶心、呕吐、便秘发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美施康定联合塞来昔布对晚期癌痛患者进行镇痛治疗具有显著的临床效果,同时可降低不良反应发生率。Objective：To explore the effective method of analgesia in patients with advanced cancer. Methods： The data 84 cases of advanced cancer patients in Xiaogan Central Hospital from February 2014 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into combined group and control group with 42 cases in each group. The control group with us in MS contin combined with eelecoxib analgesia treatment, control group only with the application of MS Contin analgesia and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of the analgesic effect. Results：The ef- fective rate of the combination group was 57.14% significantly higher than that of the control group 35.71% （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total effective rate of the combination group was 97.62% and 95.24% of the control group was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, the levels of 5 - HT and NE in the combined group were lower than those in the control group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, the QLQ - c30 quality of life score of the combined group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. During the treatment, the incidence of nausea, vomiting and constipation in the combined group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The application of MS Contin combined with celecoxib has a sig- nificant clinical effect of analgesic therapy on patients with advanced cancer, and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
