摘　　要：乳腺癌动物模型在研究人类乳腺癌的发病机制、治疗、转移、预防及治疗等方面起着非常关键的作用。按照制备方法不同,乳腺癌动物模型可分为自发性、诱发性、移植性、转基因性等动物模型,每种动物模型都有优缺点和应用条件。本文对乳腺癌裸鼠移植模型的分类、模型建立方法以及在乳腺癌研究中的应用进行综述。Animal models of breast cancer play an vital role on studying pathogenesis, therapy, metastasis and prevention of human breast cancer. According to the method, the animal models of breast cancer include spontaneous, induced ,transplanted, transgenic models. Each kind has respective characteristics and applicative condition. The re- viewed paper the methods of establishing transplantable breast cancer in nude mice, their classification, and applica- tion in the research of breast cancer.
