摘　　要："互联网+"战略推动了企业商务模式的转型。基于B2B电子商务模式对企业供需双方的影响,建立了企业商务模式转变的演化博弈模型,并应用系统动力学理论对企业传统商务模式和B2B电子商务模式转变的演化路径及其影响因素进行仿真模拟。研究结果表明:1.企业商务模式转变的演化路径与设定的参数的变动紧密相关;2.成本越低,损失越高,企业越倾向于采取B2B电子商务模式。Based on B2B electronic commerce pattern effect on the enterprises of both sides of supply and de- mand, the paper built the evolutionary game model of enterprise business mode change, and applied the theory of system dynamics to simulate the evolution paths of enterprise mode of traditional and B2B elec- tronic commerce pattern change and its influence factors. The results of the study show that： 1） The evo- lution path of business model transformation are closely related with setting parameters changes. 2） Cost lower, loss higher, enterprises will tend to take the B2B electronic commerce pattern. Finally, through the analysis of influencing factors of the enterprise business model, it proposed the corresponding policy recommendations for enterprises to choose optimum business model providing a theoretical basis.
