摘　　要：通过实地调研,课题组发现人口较少民族聚居地区的教育救助工作存在着管理分散和救助力度不够等现实问题,而其中最大的问题是当地城乡教育资源的严重不均衡。基于此,提出了一系列的完善策略,诸如设立专门的贫困生资助工作管理中心、增加对农村教育事业的投入和充分利用非政府组织等,并重点探讨了人口较少民族聚居地区农村学校的师资队伍建设问题。Through field research, research group found that There are scattered management and inadequate relief in the local education assistance work in the regions where minority nationalities with less population live in compact communities, and the biggest problems is the serious imbalance of urban and rural education resources. Based on this, this paper make a series of？improvement tactics, such as set up a special fund management centre for poor students, increase investment in rural education, take full advantage of NGO,and so on, this paper focuses on the construction of teaching staff in rural schools in the regions where minority nationalities with less population live in compact communities.
