摘　　要：分析了醴陵陶瓷产业的发展情况及物流现状,探讨了醴陵陶瓷物流存在的问题:企业对物流认识和管理落后;采购环节信息不对称;缺少第三方物流企业的支撑以及物流业发展政策引导不明确等,运用成本分析和生产比倒数法优化陶瓷产品的生产流程,设计物流网络信息平台,构建了陶瓷企业自营物流、第三方物流与四层次信息平台相结合的集成化物流模式,为提高醴陵陶瓷企业的绿色发展提供帮助。In this paper, we analyzed the development condition and logistics status quo of the ceramics manufacturing industry in Liling, and discussed specifically the problems with the ceramics product logistics process there. Then using cost analysis and reciprocal production proportioning, we optimized the production process of the ceramics products, designed the suitable logistics network information platform and built the integrated logistics mode that combined the self-operated logistics system of the ceramics manufacturing enterprises, third party logistics and a four-layered infmxnation platform.
