广东物流集群升级下产教融合策略探析

摘　　要：从产业集群转型升级的内涵、广东物流集群简介与广东物流集群升级的主要特征三个方面对广东物流集群升级进行了概述,通过分析广东物流集群升级人才需求特征与需求变化,以广东工贸职业技术学院为例,提出了广东物流集群升级下职业教育产教融合的策略。In this paper, from the aspects of connotation, profile and main characteristics, we introduced the upgrading of the logistics clusters in Guangdong, and then by analyzing the characteristics and change of talent demand in the upgrading and in the case of Guangdong Polytechnic of Industry ＆ Commerce, proposed the strategy to promote the integration of the vocational education industry with the logistics industry during the upgrading of the logistics clusters in Guangdong.
