企业技术多元化及网络位置对专利池形成的影响

摘　　要：本文以美国USPTO检索的DVD产业166家企业为研究样本,从企业技术多元化及网络位置两个方面探讨其对专利池形成的影响,并将网络位置作为调节变量研究其对企业技术多元化及专利池形成所起到的作用。研究结果表明,企业技术多元化程度越高越容易加入专利池。企业处于网络越中心位置、中介位置其加入专利池的概率越大。在技术多元化对专利池形成的影响中,网络中心位置和网络中介位置均起到正向调节作用。This paper investigates the determinants of the formation of patent pool from two aspects,i. e.,technology diversification and network positions by adopting the USPTO retrieved 166 companies in the DVD industry as research samples. It argues that the network positions play a moderating role in affecting the relationship between corporate diversified technology and the formation of patent pool. The results suggest that the higher degree of enterprises diversified technology the more easily join the patent pool. The more central and intermediary positions in the network,the greater probability of added patent pool. Meanwhile,the network centrality and intermediary play a positively moderating the relationship between diversified technology and the formation of patent pool.
