摘 要:目的探讨11~13^(+6)孕周胎儿三维超声容积数据应用于胎儿质量控制体系的可行性。方法回顾分析200例胎儿的三维超声容积数据,应用4Dview软件采用超声断层成像(TUI)技术,通过矢状面与横断面结合,显示检查所需的切面及结构。结果胎儿各解剖结构的显示率,除心脏、膀胱、胃泡及颅内透明层的显示率<60%,颅骨、大脑镰、脉络丛、鼻后三角、耳朵、眼睛、鼻骨、颈项透明层、胸腹壁、四肢的显示率均>60%。经Logistic回归分析,当胎盘位于后壁时图像质量较好;孕妇的腹壁脂肪层越厚对图像质量的影响越大。结论通过三维超声提取和重建系统筛查所需的标准切面,对11~13^(+6)孕周胎儿畸形筛查的质量控制具有一定的临床意义。Objective Three-dimensional ultrasound was used to analyze the anatomical structures of fetuses from 11 to 13+6 weeks, and the quality of the images was controlled. This study could make a contribution to the de- velopment of intelligent three dimensional ultrasound imaging system. Methods Three-dimensional ultrasound volume data of 200 fetuses were retrospectively analyzed. Tomography ultrasound in'laging (TUI) was used to display the structures through combined with sagittal plane and transverse plane. Results The display rates of these structures included heart, bladder, vesicle, IT were less than 60% in 200 fetus. The display rates of others included skull, falx, choroid plexus, basolateral triangle, ears, eyes, nose, NT, chest wall, limbs were more than 60%. The two factors which included abdominal thickness and the location of placenta would affect the image quality. Conclusions Three-di mensional ultrasound could reconstruct the standard two-dimensional sections in first trimester of pregnancy. It could effectively detect the fetal anomalies.
