经颅多普勒对前列地尔注射液治疗急性脑梗死效果评价的临床价值

摘　　要：目的讨论经颅多谱勒(TCD)对前列地尔注射液治疗急性脑梗死效果评价的临床价值。方法选取该院发生急性脑梗死的患者60例,病例均选自2016年5月—2017年6月期间,均使用前列地尔注射液,并接受至少2次经颅多普勒检查,检测患者的颅内血管的血流速度、脉冲指数、音频信号及频谱形态特征等指标。结果经颅多普勒超声检测的准确性为96.67%。急性脑梗死患者接受前列地尔治疗,经经颅多普勒检查发现,治疗后平均血流速度(43.36±2.1)cm/s快于治疗前(36.54±3.4)cm/s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者使用前列地尔注射液,可有效提高脑血管的血流速度,经颅多普勒检查安全有效,利于病情评估,指导治疗。Objective To study the clinical value of evaluation on effect of alprostadil injection in treatment of acute erebral infarction by the transcranial Doppler. Methods 60 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from May 2016 to June 2017 were selected and adopted the alprostadil injection and the accepted the transcranial Doppler examination at least two times, and the indexes of blood flow rate of intracranial vascular, pulse index, video signal and spectrum morphological feature of patients were examined. Results The accuracy of transcranial Doppler examination was 96.67%, and the examination showed that the average blood flow rate after treatment was faster than that before treatment, [（43.36 ±2.1）cm/s vs（36.54 ±3.4）cm/s], and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The alprostadil injection of patients with acute cerebral infraction can effectively improve the blood flow rate of blood vessel of brain, and the transcranial Doppler examination is safe and effective, which is conducive to the disease evaluation and treatment guidance.
