摘 要:采用热解法,研究了不同铁盐种类及添加量时污泥与飞灰共热解产物的重金属浸出浓度,同时对污泥飞灰的混合比例进行进一步讨论以确定经济有效的新型处置工艺。结果表明:整体上,不同铁盐对Cd、Pb、Cu和Zn浸出的影响差异显著;单独添加Fe_2(SO_4)_3时,热解炭中Cd、Pb、Cu和Zn浸出浓度比单独FeSO_4时低约67.8%、31.0%、62.8%、45.8%。添加Fe_2(SO_4)_3使Fe添加量为干污泥质量的0.5%时,可以有效降低大多数重金属的浸出浓度。污泥飞灰的混合比例对As、Cd、Pb和Zn浸出的影响差异显著。热解温度为500℃,干污泥∶飞灰质量比为2∶1时,加入Fe_2(SO_4)_3(Fe添加量为干污泥质量的0.5%)后,热解炭可在生活垃圾填埋场中填埋。The effects of types and dosages of ferric salt on the leaching concentration of heavy metals in pyrolysis products derived from the mixture of sewage sludge and fly ash were studied. The mixing ratio of sewage sludge to fly ash was also discussed to determine the economical efficient new disposal process. The results showed that the types of ferric salt exerted a significant diverse effect on the leaching of Cd,Ph,Cu and Zn in general. With the addition of Fe2(SO4)3, the leaching concentrations of Cd, Ph, Cu and Zn were 67.8%, 31.0 %, 62.8% and 45.8%lower than with that of FeSO4. The addition of 0.5 % (mass ratio of dried sewage sludge) Fe of FeSO4 could effectively reduce most heavy metals leaching concentration. There was remarkable difference among the effect of mixing ratios of sewage sludge to fly ash on the leaching of As,Cd,Pb and Zn. When the ratio of sewage sludge to fly ash was 2 : 1, the pyrolysis chars at the pyrolysis temperature of 500 ℃ with addition 0.5% Fe of Fe2(SO4)3 could be disposed in sanitary landfills.
