摘　　要：目的 探讨白内障摘除术后急性感染性眼内炎的治疗方法及临床疗效.方法 收集我院2011年1月~2016年12月收治的白内障摘除术后急性感染性眼内炎患者资料,对其性别、年龄、基础疾病、眼内炎发生时间、症状、体征、治疗方法、治疗效果等进行回顾性分析.结果 发生眼内炎12例12眼.12例患者均取房水及玻璃体标本送细菌及真菌培养＋药敏、局部抗感染治疗、全身应用万古霉素＋头孢菌素/左氧氟沙星、前房灌洗及注药、玻璃体腔注射万古霉素＋头孢他啶;4例患者行玻璃体切除＋硅油填充术.经积极治疗,12眼均成功控制感染,随访6个月时与治疗前视力比较,10眼（83.3%）视力提高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 及时、正确地治疗白内障术后眼内炎,可获得较好疗效.Objective To evaluate treatment and effects of acute infectious endophthalmitis after cataract surger- y. Methods Patients with acute infectious endophthalmitis after cataract surgery from Jan. 2011 to Dec. 2016 were in- cluded in this study. Gender, age, underlying diseases, endophthalmitis time, symptoms and signs, treatment and clini- cal effects were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results Twelve eyes of 12 patients were identified. All 12 ca- ses extracted aqueous humor and vitrous samples for bacterial and fungi cultivation and drug - sensitivity test. Local anti - infection therapy, systemic use of vancomyein and ceftazidime/levofloxacin, anterior chamber irrigation and in- jection,intravitreous injection of vancomycin and ceftazidime were used. 4 cases underwent vitrectomy and silicone oil tamponade surgery. After active treatment, endophthalmitis was controlled successfully in all 12 eyes. Vision improved in 10 eyes（83.3% ）in 6 -month follow-up compared to that before treatment（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Immediate and correct treatment can improve clinical effects on endophthalmitis after cataract surgery.
