摘　　要：面对人工智能下的信息爆炸时代,科技型中小企业的TMT决策不再是团队内部的"封闭式决策"而是内外互动的"共享决策"。在对相关文献梳理的基础上,将TMT认知共享划分为认知能力共享和认知需要共享2个维度,引入TMT研究并提出理论假设和研究框架。通过对有效样本数据的实证分析,研究TMT互动、TMT认知共享对战略决策绩效的影响。研究结果表明,TMT内外部互动对决策质量和满意度均有显著正向影响;认知能力共享能部分中介TMT内外部互动对决策质量和决策满意度的正向影响;认知需要共享能部分中介TMT内外部互动对决策质量和决策满意度的正向影响,即TMT认知共享在TMT互动与战略决策绩效的关系中起到中介作用。mFacing the era of information explosion under artificial intelligence,the TMT decisionmaking in small and mediumsized scientific and technological enterprises is no longer a “closed decisionmaking”,but a “shared decisionmaking”.Based on the literature review,TMT cognitive sharing is divided into two dimensions：cognitive ability sharing and cognitive need sharing,into which TMT research are introduced.And theoretical assumptions and research framework are proposed.Through the empirical analysis of effective sample data,this paper studied the impact of TMT interaction and TMT cognitive sharing on strategic decision performance.The results showed that the TMT internal and external interaction on decisionmaking quality and satisfaction have significant positive effects;cognitive ability can partly mediate positive effects of TMT internal and external interaction and the decisionmaking quality and satisfaction.In other word,TMT cognitive sharing plays an intermediary role in the relationship between TMT interaction and strategic decision performance.
