体育全球化背景下我国足球赛事中归化外籍球员的困境与出路

摘　　要：近几年有关于我国足球联赛中"是否归化外籍球员"的话题一直存在争议,国内有关"归化球员"的呼声也越来越高。法律制度限制、文化差异、传统观念及社会舆论等是我国足球联赛中归化外籍球员的主要困境。经分析认为,归化外籍球员首先应更新传统观念,理性看待归化;其次,可以适度拓宽外籍球员加入中国国籍的制度门槛,加快我国足球职业联赛改革步伐,完善运动员保障体系,吸引更多外籍球员来国内踢球以增加归化球员选材;最后,可以选择从"血缘模式"为突破口,即归化优秀华裔球员,同时拓展足球赛事对外交流渠道,鼓励足球联赛针对性地引入外籍年轻优秀潜力股外援,为实施"归化球员"政策奠定人才基础。In recent years,there have been controversies over whether or not to domesticate foreign players in China Football League.In China,the voice of domesticating foreign players is becoming higher and higher.For China,the limitation of legal system,cultural differences,traditional concepts and public opinions are the main dilemma of the domestication of foreign players in China Football League.The result shows that domesticated foreign players should first update the traditional concept,and rationally view the domestication.Secondly,we can broaden the system threshold for foreign players to join Chinese nationality,speed up the reform of football league,perfect athlete guarantee system and attract more foreign players to play at home in order to increase the selection of talent players.Finally,we can choose from the ＂blood＂ mode as the breakthrough,namely the domestication of outstanding Chinese players,expand foreign exchange channels of football events,encourage the introduction of foreign young talent players and lay the talent base for implementing the policy for domesticated players.
