摘　　要：高校思想政治理论课是涵育社会主义核心价值观的主阵地和主渠道。建设社会主义核心价值观引领的、大学生真心喜爱、终身受益、毕生难忘的优质的思想政治理论课,涉及思想政治理论课建设的各方面和全过程。近年来,全国各地高校在思想政治理论课建设中进行了一系列改革创新,取得了较大的成果。本文基于实践基础,冀望从理念上构建一套整体谋划、立体推进相结合的思想政治理论课涵育社会主义核心价值观体系,并提出实践的操作流程。Ideological and political education in higher institutions is a principal way of fostering socialist core values;the construction of high quality ideological courses guided by socialist core values involves all aspects and the whole process of curriculum construction.Recently,reforms and innovations of ideological and political curriculum construction have been conducted by National Higher Institutions and achievements have been reached.On the basis of practice,this paper intends to constitute socialist core values system in ideologicalandpoliticaleducation through planning and practicing at a theoretical level and puts forward operational procedures.
