对北京地区“3大球”职业化发展的思考

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等,对北京"三大球"职业发展过程中职业运动员的职业道德、职业教练员的职业素养、职业俱乐部的品牌意识、职业俱乐部的后备人才建设、政府的宏观调控与微观支持等进行分析,为北京"三大球"职业化发展提出建议。Through using the methods of literature review, expert interview, logical analysis and so on, this paper makes analysis on professional ethics of players, professional qualities of coaches and brand awareness of clubs, reserve personnel construction of professional clubs, government macro control and micro support of football, basketball and volleyball professional development in Beijing. The main purpose is to provide the suggestions for professional development of football, basketball and volleyball in Beijing.
