摘 要:为了实现《食品检验实操》课程的学生主体性,我们在课程的建设中实施行动导向教学,以 检验岗位工作任务为导向建立课程目标,从专业、方法和社会三大职业能力出发,设计课程内容;并建立 了与之相适应的教学模式、教学方法、评价方法.同时对课程实施过程中出现的问题进行探讨.Action-oriented teaching is applied in order to achieve the student subjectivity in the curriculum of Practical Operation of Food Test. We have implemented action oriented teaching in the course construction. We establish curriculum objectives based on testing the job tasks of the post. Course content is designed on the basis of specialized ability, method ability and social ability. The teaching mode, teaching method and evaluation method are established to adapt to it. This paper also discusses the problems in the processed of curriculum implementation.
