摘　　要：本文以高职学生的培养实践为例,探讨 “学、做、竞、创” 高职院校四位一体人才培养新模式.通过创设第 二课堂教学、“学中做,做中学” 、以竞促创、“众筹” 培养等措施,强化实践应用型人才培养,构建预就业创新培养新模式, 促进人才全方位发展,全面提升人才培养质量.In this paper, the four-in-one talents training mode of the higher vocational education is discussed, taking the training practice of higher vocational students for example. We take the measures of creating the second classroom teaching, leaming-by- doing, competition entrepreneurship promotion and crowd funding to strengthen college students5 practice applied talents training,and build new pre-employment innovation toining mode. As a consequence, It can promote the development of their improve personnel training quality in an all-round way.
