摘  要:针对齿轮箱运行状况和油液监测技术的特点,提出了一种模糊层析综合评价方法。提取铁谱磨粒量化指标和理化分析指标,构建综合评价指标体系;采用熵权法和层次分析法确定各指标的主、客观权重,并通过乘法集成法进行组合赋权。建立目标层与二级评价层间的隶属关系,应用隶属度加权逐层实现综合评价,在确定总体结论时引入距离分析方法,由相对贴近度最终确定状态评价。通过对自行搭建的实验机组进行监测评价,其结果与实际工况相符,验证了该方法的全面性与合理性。Based on the running status of gear box and the character of oil monitoring, the method was proposed which combine fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). By extracting the indicators of the quantifier of wear par- ticle and physical and chemical analysis, establish the comprehensive evaluation index system;using entropy weight method and AHP to determine the subjective and objective weight, then the combination weighting was obtained in muhiplicative integration method. The membership function was established between aim level and the second level of evaluation, and use the membership of weighted to come ture comprehensive evaluation. Applying the distance analysis method to determine the overall conclusion, and then get the final evaluation result by relative degree. By means of the monitoring to experiment unit which was constructed by ourselves, the evaluation result consistent with the fact status, and then validating the comprehensiveness and rationality of this method.
