摘 要:以某大型液压挖掘机作为研究对象,其设计中采用多排螺栓组将底架和履带梁固定,利用Pro/E软件建立各部件三维模型,转换格式并导入ADAMS软件中,添加约束完成液压挖掘机虚拟样机模型的建立。基于ADAMS软件的液压挖掘机动力学仿真分析能够真实地模拟该挖掘机各联接处在工作中的受力情况,选取6种典型工况进行仿真分析,得出工作中行走架联接螺栓组受载最大的螺栓组位置及其受力曲线,为该液压挖掘机行走架联接螺栓组的强度校核及疲劳寿命计算提供依据,同时也为行走架联接螺栓组的优化及可靠性设计提供参考。By taking a certain type of a large excavator as the research object,the chassis and track beams are fixed by muhiple row of bolt groups in design. The three-dimensional model of all parts was set up based on the Pro/E. Then convert the format and put them into the ADAMS, adding a constraint condition to establish the virtual prototype system. Based on the ADAMS dynamic simulation analysis, the load condition of each articulated point could be imitated veritably. The simulation analysis is carried out on several typical working conditions. It is concluded that the position and the main force curve of the bolt group with the maxi- mum load of the connecting bolt groups of walking frame in the work. The analysis results can provide data support for strength verification and fatigue calculation of connecting bolt groups of walking frame. The outcomes also provide reference for the optimi- zation and reliability design of the connecting of walking frame.
