摘　　要：大球盖菇是一种具有药用和食用价值的大型真菌,本文从大球盖菇的生物学特性、化学成分、栽培技术、应用价值等进行了总结。以期为大球盖菇的推广提供参考和依据。Stropharia rugosoannulata is a large fungus with medicinal and edible value. The biological characteristics, chemical composition, cultivation techniques and application value of the mushroom are summarized in this paper. In order to provide reference and basis for the promotion of Stropharia rugosoannulata in the furture.
